Look After Numero Uno
You cannot serve from a broken, damaged, tired vessel.
You are doing a disservice to everyone you love by not taking care of yourself.
When YOU are happy, you have the ability to make everyone around you happy, without even trying.
Visualise What You Want
The more you SEE it, the more you’ll BELIEVE it... The more you believe it...
...The more congruent & determined your ACTIONS will be to making it happen!
Spend 3 minutes every day visualising what your life will look like when you achieve your goals.
Don’t just visualise it...
Feel it, hear it, smell it, taste it, LIVE IT!
Stay True To Your Word And Follow Through
The more you set yourself goals and give-up half way through...
...The more you tell your subconscious mind that you're a failure, and that you aren’t serious about what you say.
As a result, your subconscious will lose faith in you, and make every goal you set an uphill battle.
Setting small goals (that you know you can easily achieve) will get the positive momentum going, give you self belief...
...And make the bigger, harder goals much easier to achieve.
When was the last time you actually spent 5 minutes on your own, in complete silence, with no distractions...
...No thoughts on the past or future... ...Only an active appreciation for the here & now? Possibly not for a while.
Take 5 minutes EVERY DAY to calm the swirling thoughts in your mind and be fully present in the moment.
Your central nervous system will thank you for it.

Remove Toxic people
You are a product of your environment.
Hanging around people who are negative or unaligned with the direction you are taking in life, will drain your soul and hold you back.
Make a conscious effort to surround yourself with likeminded people who have the same goals & values as you.
They will inspire, motivate and fill you will positive energy.
It’s no coincidence that EVERY successful person on the planet has a morning routine.
Start your day with intent, clarity and focus by adopting a simple morning routine that you can be consistent with.
Remember, if you start your day feeling like shit, then the rest of your day is likely to be even shittier!
